WELLBEING DURING LOCKDOWN
We are over half way through our Wellbeing during Lockdown initiative (8th Feb – 8th March).
Participation has been fantastic – huge numbers have taken up the 99km walking challenge, attendances have been great at our wellbeing talks and online yoga, pilates and fitness classes have been a real hit.
With restrictions extended until after Easter, every little helps and it’s certainly a case of healthy body – healthy mind!
