RACHAEL RYAN SHORTLISTED FOR WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION AWARDS 2026
CPAC Modular has announced that Project Manager Rachael Ryan has been shortlisted for the Women in Construction Awards 2026, recognising her leadership, innovation, and contribution to Ireland’s construction sector. The award winners will be announced at a gala event on June 11th, 2026. Rachael Ryan’s nomination highlights her leadership on major Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) projects, including Ireland’s first permanent modular school and the Irish Rail DART Simulator Building.
Leading Modular Construction Projects in Ireland
Since joining CPAC Modular three and a half years ago, Rachael Ryan has become a key figure in delivering complex modular construction projects across Ireland. Her expertise in design, manufacturing processes, and Lean project delivery has strengthened CPAC Modular’s ability to deliver high-quality projects across the education, civil, and transport sectors.
Delivery of Ireland’s First Permanent Modular School
Rachael Ryan played a leading role in the delivery of Ireland’s first permanent modular school, a €15 million project comprising 16 classrooms, completed in April 2025.The project has been recognised nationally as a benchmark for excellence in modular construction. The school principal described Rachael as a central figure in the project, noting her ability to manage a fast-paced programme while keeping the needs of students at the forefront.

Irish Rail DART Simulator Building Project
Rachael is currently leading the delivery of Irish Rail’s DART Simulator Building, a highly technical city-centre project involving precision engineering, advanced data integration, and collaboration with international suppliers. The project is due for completion this month.
