KILSARANS MERRION PAVING RANGE USED IN THE JOHNSTOWN ESTATE REDEVELOPMENT

Kilsarans new Merrion paving provides the wow factor to the entrance of the newly redeveloped spa at The Johnstown Estate in Enfield. Co. Meath. The Johnstown Estate has invested €3.5m in creating an exciting new spa experience, completely remodelling and expanding the existing spa, designed with total luxury and relaxation in mind.

The recently completed entrance area to the spa, installed by Fima Developments, features Kilsarans Merrion flags which include large visible contrasting stone chippings, offering a high-end finish similar to natural stone, granite or terrazzo. Merrion’s clean edges and smooth texture mirror the latest design trends helping achieve a contemporary look to outdoor spaces.

Commenting on the project, Alan Donohoe, Head of Sales for Kilsaran Paving said ‘We were delighted to work with Fima Developments and The Johnstown Estate on this project. The fact that our Merrion paving comes factory pre-sealed makes it ideal for areas with high footfall whilst also offering a real alternative to porcelain or natural stone’.

Adding to an extensive list of advantages of concrete paving over natural stone, the new Merrion Range is a locally produced, sustainable paving solution, manufactured with a robust, high performance surface layer improving strength, colour retention and slip/skid resistance. The real benefits of these new paving ranges are the reduced installation time, factory pre-sealed option that is readily available and cost saving that is achievable over choosing natural stone or granite.
