HEALTH AND WELLBEING CHAMPION – DORNAN ENGINEERING
The health and wellbeing of our employees are imperative for Dornan, and we are continuously developing our wellbeing programme to meet their needs.
To accurately do this and to best support our employees, Dornan is running a survey to understand the wellbeing of our people. This is a chance for employees to positively influence Dornan’s wellbeing strategy by anonymously and confidentially sharing feedback with us.
The survey is also a chance for Dornan to get a better understanding of how the recent changes, relating to Covid-19, are impacting safety, mental health, and wellbeing in the workplace.
Ideas, opinions, and suggestions are valuable to use. This survey presents a forum to express thoughts on business practice among changes in construction caused by COVID-19. Therefore, the more employees that complete the survey, and honestly, the better. The survey can be found in each employee’s inbox, and we encourage them to take part.
The survey can be completed throughout August closing on Friday the 28th of August.
