Sisk Launches Engineering Excellence Training Area

John Sisk & Son has recently developed an Engineering Excellence Training Area at their head office in Dublin. The Engineering Excellence Area was officially opened by the President of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland, Marguerite Sayers and CIF President, Pat Lucey. Meanwhile, Levelling Equipment Services, Leica and Masonry Fixings demonstrated the critical items in the installation of Structural Fixings.

Sisk have also reached out to colleges and schools where they have had discussions with students in relation to Engineering. As part of this programme the students attended Sisk’s Engineering Excellence Training Area where they received a masterclass in site setting out from senior engineers.

Our new Engineering Excellence Training Area is a welcome addition to our Dublin head office alongside our existing Joinery and Training Centre and will be utilised for carrying out practical Civil Engineering tasks which are critical in the development of our Engineers and our staff.”
