RECRUITMENT – SITE MANAGERS & PROJECT MANAGERS

MMD Construction are seeking to recruit experienced Site Managers and Project Managers to oversee construction projects throughout Cork and Munster.

RECRUITMENT

The roles will include;

Overseeing construction projects from beginning to end and ensure all deadlines are met
Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly
Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
Prepare reports on Project Management Software
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation
Ensure compliance with BC(A)R
Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team

The ideal candidate will;

Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Be a team player
Be motivated and enjoy working in Construction
Be highly organised
Be tech savy and have good computer skills
Have excellent time management ability
Good knowledge of construction material and processes
Be able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
