Job Requirements

Leadership and people management experience.
Experience implementing company-wide strategic change and initiatives.
Experience with compliance within research and development, and laboratory environments.
Experience leading large teams in a safety or security/safety function.
Experience in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of a fast paced and dynamic organization.

Demonstrate ability to set the vision and lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated vision, leadership and critical thinking skills to prioritize evolving initiatives in a fast-paced environment; ability to translate ideas and capabilities into effective initiatives that exceed customer expectations.
