ACTAVO BECOMES FIRST IRISH COMPANY TO WIN CUSTOMER CENTRICITY WORLD SERIES AWARD

Actavo is delighted to announce that it was awarded Best Customer Experience (CX) Strategy at the Customer Centricity World Series Awards, hosted virtually on the 18th and 19th May. Actavo was the only Irish company shortlisted or recognised at the international awards, which recognise the most customer centric organisations around the world, with winners chosen from over 110 companies across 38 countries.

This was Actavo’s first entry to these Awards, and it was shortlisted with 13 global companies in this category. Aligned with its core value, ‘focus on customer experience’, Actavo places huge emphasis on the structure of its customer experience strategy, the dynamic nature of the strategy and its practical and measurable implementation across all its operations. This ethos is key when it comes to providing essential strategic partnership solutions to some of world’s leading companies in over 100 locations around the world.

The Customer Centricity World Series Awards are run by ARCET Global, bringing together winners from regional, European and North American awards to compete for the overall international accolade. The winners are chosen by a panel of independent judges, including C-suite executives and CX experts. The Inaugural awards show was held virtually, with over 450 attendees.

Ann–Marie O’Donnell, Global Customer Strategy Director with Actavo said: “Actavo invests heavily in Customer Experience (CX) research, strategy and practice across all our international operations, in line with our core value ‘focus on customer experience’. Our Network and In-Home customer-facing teams demonstrate their passion every day in the pursuit of Customer Experience Excellence. My sincere thanks to them and our training team for their focus and commitment during the pandemic where they continued to put customers first. This award is testament to their dedication.

In recent years we have won six Irish and international awards for our industry-leading approach to CX and we are extremely proud to now be recognised by the Customer Centricity World Series, as one of the leading companies in the world for CX Strategy”

Mark Hamill, CEO of ARCET Global said: “The level of the scoring by the Finalists was much higher than any event I have been involved in previously. All Finalists should be immensely proud of what they have achieved and a huge congratulations to all the Highly Commended and Winning Companies.”

The Customer Centricity World Series Award is the global iteration of the North American and European Customer Centricity Awards, which are also run by ARCET Global. All of ARCET Global’s awards are Certified by the Customer Institute and its scoring model is endorsed by the University of Chester Business School in the UK.

Actavo was also recognised again domestically for its best-in-class customer experience strategy when it was recently shortlisted for the Irish CX Impact Awards, which will take place in July.
